Meatball haystacks with cabbage
Description
Use a mixture of pork and beef for the mince; both young and late-season cabbage work well. Add a bit of potato and sour cream, and be sure to include cheese. Serve the finished dish with fresh vegetables and herbs.

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Fill the meatball blanks with the prepared cabbage.

Step 6

Spread the cabbage with sour cream. Place a heaping tablespoon of sour cream on each portion.
