Stir-fry with vegetables
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Stir-fried vegetables are one of my favorite summer dishes. There's an abundance of fresh vegetables, and absolutely no desire for heavy meat dishes. As a result, armed with a simple set of ingredients, we prepare a very summery dish—colorful, crunchy, light, and cheerful. Just look at the colors of this dish—how can you possibly stay sad after such a meal? :) Serve hot.
