Stir-fried oyster mushrooms with carrots and vegetables
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Stir-fry is an Asian cooking method involving high-heat cooking with constant stirring. It's convenient to prepare stir-fry in a wok, stirring the ingredients with long chopsticks. This method preserves almost all the vitamins in vegetables, keeping them crisp and vibrant. Such dishes can be enjoyed both hot and cold. Whether served as a salad, appetizer, or side dish, the vegetables are equally delicious. Serve hot.
