Description
Fish prepared according to this recipe will become a true centerpiece of any table. The advantage of sterlet is that it lacks the muddy aroma. You won't need to mask unpleasant odors with spices—you'll be able to enjoy the true flavor of the fish.
Instructions

Step 1
We start preparing sterlet in the oven in a baking sleeve by rinsing the main ingredients under cold water. Remove the fins, tail, and entrails.
- 2
Step 2
Once the fish is cleaned and ready for baking, it should be rubbed with salt and pepper on all sides and left to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3
Meanwhile, we wash the lemon and cut it into slices. Take the fish out of the refrigerator, make cuts almost all the way through, and insert a slice of lemon into each cut.

Step 4
Place the fish in a baking bag and tie the ends. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the fish in the bag into the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes. Make a small cut in the bag after about 10 minutes.
