
Sturgeon baked whole in the oven (simple recipe)
Description
A wonderful option for a festive dish. If you're planning to prepare sterlet for a holiday table, you can beautifully decorate it with mayonnaise and vegetables. The fish will turn out very aromatic thanks to the mixture of Provence herbs used in this recipe. Go for it!

We start the preparation by thoroughly rinsing the fish and removing the innards. We also don't forget to remove the scales.

Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings.

We do the same with the lemon.

Rub the fish thoroughly with salt and pepper on all sides. Place herbs inside the cavity, and generously brush the surface with olive oil.

Place a sheet of foil on a baking tray, then arrange onions, lemon, and herbs on it. Place the fish on top and wrap it in the foil. Put the sterlet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 40 minutes. The dish is ready.
