Steak
Description
Homemade baked treats for tea. The first time I tried a similar snack was in Malta. Before lunch, they served us slices of white bread soaked in olive oil, tomato, and garlic. Absolutely delicious! Later, I found a recipe for a bread called "steccha." Steccha turns out best when the dough is left overnight. This is very convenient if you want to prepare steccha for breakfast. Serve it with various melted cheeses or pâtés. I highly recommend making it, especially for an informal party. Good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
