Salmon steaks in the oven

Rinse the steaks, pat them dry, and place them in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Sprinkle oregano, pepper, a little salt, and other seasonings to taste over the fish.

Mix the butter, vinegar, and sugar, then pour this sauce over the fish.

Place the dish in the oven and bake the steaks for about 15–20 minutes. If you prefer a golden crust, turn on the top grill for 2 minutes.

Before serving, combine the fish on the plate with the side dish and drizzle with sauce.
