Description
This is the most classic and at the same time simple recipe for salmon steaks baked in the oven. One salmon steak (i.e. one boneless fish) yields approximately 2-3 servings of the finished dish. I hope you'll enjoy my recipe. Good luck!

Step 1
1. First, chop the onion and sauté it in a pan in melted butter. Then add the juice of one lemon and a couple of pinches of grated lemon zest. Add crushed garlic and spices as well.

2. Now rub the prepared boneless fillet on all sides with this aromatic oil.

3. Add fresh chopped herbs as well. Let it sit for at least half an hour at room temperature, then bake the fish for about 30 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
