Sablefish steak in a multicooker

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Toothfish is tasty and very nutritious. But personally, I only like it fried. It falls apart, turning into a jelly-like mass if you try to steam or braise it. And if you happen to have this fish while at a summer cottage without a stove, only a multicooker, then there's only one solution—fry the steaks in the multicooker. I'll tell you how.
