
Sicilian-style tuna steak
Description
Less than half an hour is all you need to recreate this dish in your kitchen. The combination of tender, juicy fish with vegetables and olives is incredible. Plus, the process is truly very simple. By the way, if you don't have a grill, you can bake the tuna or pan-fry it. For this dish, it's best to use only fresh fish.

1. In a pan with heated oil, sauté the minced garlic for a minute.
