We wash the steaks and dry them with paper towels. Mix the spices: salt, pepper, and fish seasoning. If you don't have ready-made seasoning, simply combine aromatic herbs such as thyme, rosemary, lemon zest, and dill. Sprinkle the fish with the spice mixture and drizzle with lemon juice.
