
Grilled cod steak
Description

Season the cod steaks with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet previously greased with oil. Place a piece of pancetta on top of each cod steak.

Cut the lemon into four pieces and place them next to the fish, flesh side down. Grill the fish for about 5 minutes, carefully flipping it together with the bacon.

Peel and wash the potatoes. Fill a pot with water, add the potatoes and salt, and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, cook the peas and blend them in a blender or mash with a fork.
