Description
The "T-bone" steak gets its name from the distinctive T-shaped bone in the middle of the cut. This unique shape actually benefits the cook, as the bone helps retain the meat's juices during cooking, resulting in a tender, soft, and juicy steak. This steak pairs well with any side dish, but I highly recommend trying it with fresh vegetables.
