Salmon steak
Description
Using this frying method, you preserve the fish's most natural flavor. But if you're used to adding spices everywhere, I recommend sprinkling the steaks with a small amount of dried powdered rosemary. And if you have a fresh rosemary sprig, place it on the pan next to the steaks while frying to add aroma.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
First, prepare the fish. Rinse it and carefully scrape off the scales with a knife to remove most of the scales, taking care not to damage the flesh.
- 2
Step 2
When the steaks have dried slightly, sprinkle them with a pinch of salt and coarsely ground black pepper.
- 3
Step 3
Grease a non-stick frying pan with vegetable oil and heat it up. Now place the steaks skin side down.
- 4
Step 4
Fry the fish for 3 minutes on one side, then flip, fry for another minute, turn off the heat, and let it rest in the pan for one more minute.

Step 5
Serve the ready steaks with lemon, sprinkled with its juice.
