Steak with Salsa Verde Sauce

Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Prepare the Salsa Verde sauce: Place all sauce ingredients into a food processor, add 3/4 teaspoon of salt, and season with pepper to taste. Preheat the grill. Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Once the grill is hot, sear the steaks for about 4 minutes per side (depending on steak thickness). Transfer the steak to a cutting board, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes. Serve with Salsa sauce. The dish is ready to be served.
