Grilled steak
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The steak grilled on a rack cooks quickly and requires your attention. The classic steak recipe is enriched in our case with a bunch of herbs that will add their own special touch to your wonderful and hearty meal. Of course, you can use dried herbs if fresh ones are not available. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the meat into steaks. Rinse the fresh rosemary, oregano, and thyme.
- 2
Step 2

2. Peel the garlic.
- 3
Step 3

3. Place the peeled garlic into a blender. Add the leaves picked from the sprigs of rosemary, thyme, and oregano.
- 4
Step 4

4. Blend the garlic with the herbs using a blender. Do not blend into a puree; let the leaves and pieces of garlic remain visible.
- 5
Step 5

5. Add ground black pepper to the blender. Those who enjoy a peppery meat flavor are advised to add a teaspoon (or even two!) of pepper. Blend for another couple of times.
- 6
Step 6

6. Generously coat each piece of meat (on one side only!) with the sauce made from the herbs.
- 7
Step 7

7. Leave the meat aside for about an hour. During this time, prepare the barbecue with coals.
- 8
Step 8

8. After an hour has passed, place the steaks on the grill with the seasoned side facing up. The cooking time depends on the temperature of the coals and the thickness of the meat. Rely on your intuition and sense of smell! The steak should be flipped only once while grilling.

Step 9

9. The main thing is not to overcook the meat! High-quality beef only needs to be seared for 12-15 minutes on each side. Serve the cooked meat immediately after removing from the heat.
