Salmon steak in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Besides potatoes, the steak goes perfectly with boiled rice, couscous, bulgur, and other grains. Instead of salmon, you can use trout or chum salmon. Baked red fish is not only delicious but also healthy, much healthier than pan-fried. You don't need special spices for this steak—basic salt and black pepper are enough. Serve hot.
