
Pork steak with rosemary

Cut the neck piece across the grain into two steaks. Each should be about 1.8-2 cm thick. Season with salt and pepper on all sides.

Peel the garlic and cut each clove into 2-3 pieces. Divide the rosemary sprig into 4 parts and slightly crush them. Place the garlic and rosemary pieces onto each steak on both sides, pressing them slightly into the meat.

If you have a non-stick frying pan, we'll cook the steaks without oil. If not, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Heat the pan over medium-high heat, then place the steaks on it.
