Pork steak on the bone
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pork is a versatile and delicious product that is very popular in our region. Many restaurant chefs consider frying the ideal method for cooking meat. You shouldn't throw the meat onto a hot pan over high heat and fry it until it's as tough as a shoe sole. You need to approach the steak carefully and give it the proper amount of time. Then the dish will turn out juicy and aromatic. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Rub the prepared meat with half a lemon and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 2
Step 2
In a deep skillet, heat the oil, then add the garlic and rosemary sprigs. Be careful not to let the garlic darken.
- 3
Step 3
Carefully remove the garlic and rosemary from the pan and place the steak into the oil.

Step 4
Sear the steak on both sides. This should be done quickly. As soon as a crust forms, it's enough.

Pour hot water into the pan, enough to completely cover the steak. Place the fried garlic on top. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
- 6
Step 6
After 30 minutes, remove the lid and let the water evaporate. Periodically turn the meat to form a nice crust.
- 7
Step 7
When all the water has evaporated, pour the juice of half a lemon over the steak, remove from heat, and transfer to a serving plate. You can garnish the meat with herbs and add a side dish.
