Pork steak on the grill
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Good weather, good company, and... good meat. Why not grill pork steak at home—an excellent alternative to shashlik? Pork is delicious in any form, and the smokiness from the grill will give it a special flavor. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I usually use lemon juice for what's called a marinade. But this is optional. Most often, steaks are cooked without it—just salted and seasoned to taste.

Step 2

2. Cut the meat into pieces like this and sprinkle with lemon juice (optional).

Step 3

3. You can add thyme and herbs to the marinade and let it sit for a while (about 30 minutes), while you can prepare the barbecue.

Step 4

4. If you have a large group, you'll need 3 to 5 times more meat. Grill the pork steak at home on the grill rack until fully cooked. Adjust the doneness to your preference—everyone likes it different.

Step 5

5. This is how beautiful, and most importantly, delicious and juicy our meat turns out. What could be simpler? With a smoky flavor, the pork acquires an amazing aroma and incredible taste.
