Pork neck steak
Description
This recipe won't take much time. In my opinion, pork neck steaks are the juiciest and most delicious. To make this meat truly tasty, cook it as simply as possible, using a minimal amount of spices. Here is exactly such a recipe for pork neck steak—simple and without any special frills. But the meat will turn out extremely delicious! The main thing is to follow the recipe's recommendations. One more tip: after searing the steaks on both sides, pierce the meat with a sharp skewer and check the color of the juice that runs out. If it's clear, the meat is done; if it's pink, the meat is still undercooked. Everyone prefers their own steak doneness—some like it well done, others prefer it "rare." Choose your preferred level and cooking time accordingly. Serve hot.
