Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Delicious fish, especially steamed, what could be healthier for lunch or dinner? Using a multicooker, you can prepare two dishes at once: both the fish and its side dish. Here is a recipe for cooking salmon steak in a multicooker. Along with the salmon, we'll also cook some potatoes. Convenient, isn't it? Read the recipe and start cooking. Everything will turn out delicious. Serve the finished dish at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Wash the steaks, pat them dry with paper towels, and season with salt, pepper, and fish spices. If you don't have special spices, use any dry aromatic herbs such as basil, parsley, or dill. Pour lemon juice over the steaks.

Step 2

Wrap each piece of fish in foil. This is done to prevent the fish juices from leaking out and to keep them inside the fish.

Step 3

Together with the fish, we can also prepare a side dish. So, peel about 500 g of potatoes, cut the vegetable into cubes, and place them in the multicooker bowl. Pour in water until the water level is slightly above the potatoes.

Step 4

Place the steaming tray into the multicooker and put the fish wrapped in foil onto it. Close the multicooker lid, set the "Steam" mode for 35 minutes, and wait! I really like to make mashed potatoes to go with the fish.
