Salmon steak in an air fryer
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cooking salmon steak in an air fryer at home is so simple that even a beginner cook can handle it. As for spices, it's highly individual. You can use a ready-made fish seasoning blend or dried herbs. You can even skip the spices altogether and use just salt, for example. 1. First, carefully rinse the salmon steaks under running water. To remove excess moisture, pat each steak dry with a paper towel. 2. Season with salt on all sides and add spices if desired. 3. Squeeze juice from half a lemon and pour it over the fish (you can save a bit to sprinkle on before serving). Place the salmon on the grill rack. 4. Set the cooking temperature to about 190 degrees Celsius (375°F). Cooking time is approximately 30 minutes. If you're cooking just a couple of pieces using one rack instead of two, reduce the cooking time by about 10 minutes. That's it—a simple and delicious dish. Serve hot.
