Salmon steak steamed
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Fish cooked by steaming retains more beneficial nutrients than the same fish fried, and it's also gentler on the stomach. Preparing a salmon steak by steaming is very easy. Even if you don't have a steamer, you can easily manage this task. Any home cook has a colander—simply place it inside a pot with water, put the fish on the colander, set the pot on the stove, and in 20 minutes the fish will be ready. Alternatively, you can bring the water to a boil before placing the fish in the pot. In this case, the fish will take about 10–12 minutes to cook. Enjoy your meal and stay healthy! The dish is ready to be served.
