Salmon steak on the grill
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. First, wash the fish and thoroughly dry it with a paper towel. 2. In a deep bowl, mix olive oil (for the salmon steak recipe on the grill, it's best to use high-quality oil) and soy sauce. 3. Add a little sugar to the marinade. Brown sugar, if available, works best. 4. Peel a small piece of ginger root and grate finely. 5. Thoroughly mix the marinade and place the steaks into it. Make sure each piece of fish is well coated. 6. Squeeze juice from an orange and pour it over the top. 7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30–45 minutes to let the salmon absorb the flavors. 8. It's important to understand how to grill juicy salmon steaks without drying them out. Carefully monitor the fire and grill no more than 5 minutes per side. Serve the steaks with fresh herbs and vegetables. Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice and add a pinch of ground black pepper for extra flavor. The dish is now ready to be served.
