Description

Using a multicooker, you can prepare many delicious and interesting dishes. I suggest a recipe for salmon steaks in a multicooker. With this recipe, you'll make tasty fish with a delightful, piquant flavor. The process is simple, yet the dish turns out restaurant-quality. Let's get cooking! 1. Clean the fish, rinse and pat dry. Cut into 2-3 steaks. If you already have ready-made steaks, that will make things even easier. Rub the fish with a mixture of salt, pepper, and spices. 2. Peel the grapefruit and remove the membranes between the segments, as these membranes are the main source of bitterness. It's best to remove the membranes over a bowl—let the juice drip into it, as we'll use it too :) 3. Mix half a tablespoon of oil with the juice collected during grapefruit preparation. Pour this mixture over the steaks and let the fish marinate for about 30 minutes. 4. Pour the remaining oil into the multicooker bowl and heat it in "frying" mode. 5. Place the steaks in the bowl, putting half of the grapefruit segments on top. Fry for 15-20 minutes until a golden crust forms. Then flip the steaks and sear the other side until similarly browned. Serve with the remaining grapefruit segments and fresh herbs.
