Beef steak on the barbecue
Description
Here is a simple recipe for preparing beef steak on a barbecue. Make sure in advance that the barbecue is "ready for work" by the time the meat is sliced and seasoned. As a side dish for beef steaks, you can boil potatoes and prepare a simple vegetable salad. Good luck and have a great time!
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the beef and pat dry. Cut into steaks 1 cm thick and about the size of a palm. Place the steaks on a grill rack and sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and meat seasoning.
- 2
Step 2

Place the grill with the meat onto the preheated and prepared barbecue.
- 3
Step 3

Make sure the meat doesn't burn. Keep a bottle of water nearby to spray any "problem areas" if needed.
- 4
Step 4

The meat should be flipped frequently to prevent burning. This way, the steaks will cook evenly on both sides and the center of the meat won't be raw.
- 5
Step 5

Check the meat's doneness yourself by cutting into a piece from one of the steaks.

Step 6

Well, the steaks are ready!
