Description
When cooking a steak, it's important not to pierce the meat and not to cook it at low temperature. Of course, you also need to monitor the cooking time, which should not exceed 10 minutes.

1. The steak should be at room temperature before cooking, so take it out of the refrigerator prematurely (30 minutes to an hour before cooking).

2. Salt the meat, pepper it, and brush both sides with vegetable oil.

3. Heat a heavy skillet over high heat. As soon as it begins to slightly smoke, immediately add the steak.

4. Sear the steak on one side until it is cooked halfway through (turns brown). This is clearly visible from the side. The total cooking time for the steak (on both sides) should be no more than 10 minutes.
