Description
The recipe won't take much time. Trout is a very tasty fish, and you don't need special spices or advanced cooking skills to prepare it. I suggest making trout steaks in the oven with a subtle hint of Asian cuisine. Serve hot.

Place the salmon steaks in a deep dish. In a separate dish, mix soy sauce, honey, and juice from half a lemon.

Pour the resulting marinade over the salmon steaks and let them marinate for about 15 minutes. After 7-8 minutes, turn the steaks over to ensure even marination.

Place the steaks in a baking dish, then pour the marinade over them.
