Pan-fried trout steak
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Trout is a fairly fatty fish, but don't worry—fish fat is a very beneficial substance that only does good to the body. I love this fish because it's easy and quick to cook, it marinates in just 5 minutes, and the taste is simply divine. There's nothing complicated about cooking the steak—just flip it once! In short, pan-fried trout steak is an excellent dish. I see nothing but advantages and merits in it. Try it yourself and share your feedback. Good luck! The dish is ready to be served.

Peel and chop the vegetables as you prefer. Sauté the vegetables in a skillet with olive oil for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

In another skillet, sear the steaks. Cook the steaks over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, no longer! Usually, I flip the fish four times during cooking.
