Lamb steak in a pan
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The key to cooking the steak is to heat the pan thoroughly. The lamb should be fresh. So, let's start preparing lamb steak in a pan: 1. Wash the meat and cut it into large flat pieces (steaks) about 2 cm thick. 2. Brush each piece of lamb with olive oil and sear on a well-heated pan for 3–4 minutes on each side. 3. Place the hot steak on a plate, make a small cut with a knife, and pour a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar into it. Let it rest for 5 minutes. 4. This time is enough to prepare a simple salad to go with the lamb steak. Wash the green salad leaves, shake off excess water, and roughly chop them. Dress the salad with lemon juice, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the lamb steak with the salad. The dish is ready to be served.
