Description

This fish is very often prepared on the Black Sea coast. The recipe for baked horse mackerel is very simple, yet the fish turns out exquisite. If you have plenty of fish, no side dish is needed. Serve it with lemon and olives. Fresh vegetables can also be served alongside.

    We wash the fish, cut off the head and remove the innards. Then we sprinkle it with salt and spices, and drizzle with the juice of half a lemon.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with oil. Place the prepared fish on it. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
