Black Sea mackerel in the oven

   Step 1

   Clean the fish thoroughly, remove the head and innards, and rinse.

   Place the fish in a container and sprinkle with fish seasoning and lemon pepper. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the fish. Carefully add salt.

   Brush with vegetable oil, mix and let marinate for 20 minutes.

   When the fish has marinated, place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

   Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
