Mediterranean layered dip
Description
A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. A dip sauce is a thick sauce used for dipping chips, pieces of vegetables, fruits, meat, or seafood. This sauce is not poured over food; instead, the food is dipped into the sauce. If you love cilantro and fresh ingredients, this Mediterranean dip is perfect for you! You can easily adjust the ingredient quantities to suit your taste. If you don't like cilantro, replace it with a mixture of fresh parsley and mint. Serve the sauce with meat or fish, or use it as a salad dressing.
