Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Crack a chicken egg into the bowl of a food processor or a mixer bowl, add salt and sugar to the same bowl. Beat everything on high speed for about 3–4 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Add flower honey and stir it into the egg mixture.
- 4
Step 4

Add the wheat flour, baking powder, and coloring, and fold them in gently.
- 5
Step 5

You will get green sponge cake batter.
- 6
Step 6

Grease heavy glass or ceramic cups or mugs with vegetable oil up to the rim. Fill them one-third full with batter — sponge cake rises a lot while baking!
- 7
Step 7

Cover the cups with plastic wrap and put them in the microwave for 1 minute. After that time, check if the sponge cake is done. If your appliance has low wattage, cook the sponge cake for another minute.
- 8
Step 8

Remove the cups from the microwave and turn them upside down; let cool for about 2–3 minutes. Then remove the plastic wrap and take the sponge cake out of the cups.
- 9
Step 9

Break it into pieces with your hands and arrange on a dessert plate or simply on a plate, and serve with berries and cream.
