Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. There are dozens of recipes for cooking cod. But personally, I've chosen the recipe for cod with sour cream. Since the fish is not fatty, it's better to soften its taste with something. Sour cream and cream are perfect for this purpose. The finished dish can be served at the table.

   Rub the fish with pepper and salt and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

   Place the fish in a baking dish and pour cream over it.

   On top, place sliced onions in rings, coarsely chopped tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper.

   Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise and pour it over the fish.

   Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
