Asparagus with beef
Description
The combination of meat with vegetables has long been recognized as a fail-proof option for festive lunches or dinners. It all depends on the type of meat and, accordingly, the vegetables you'd like to add to it. For preparing asparagus with beef, I always use fresh asparagus, not frozen. The ingredients in this recipe can always be adjusted according to your taste preferences: spices can be made more or less spicy. The recipe for asparagus with beef is as follows: 1. Rinse the meat thoroughly and cut it into small pieces. 2. Bring water to a boil in a small pot and add the asparagus, cooking for about 3 minutes. 3. Finely chop the ginger and garlic. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and sauté the ginger and garlic in it. 4. Add the meat to the pan and fry until almost cooked through. Make sure the meat is not too wet when added to the pan, as it may burn. 5. Add the asparagus and soy sauce to the meat. Cook everything together for about 5 minutes, until fully done. Ready! Let the meat cool slightly so it can absorb the sauce. You can serve it chilled as a snack (this is up to your preference). The dish looks wonderful garnished with fresh herbs; additional side dishes would be unnecessary. It pairs perfectly with red wine.
