Spaghetti in a wok
Description
This recipe won't take much time. As for pasta, and especially spaghetti, it appears quite often on our family dinner table. I always try to vary this dish and make it in new ways, which is how this simple recipe for stir-fried spaghetti in a wok came about. Believe me, this dish is much tastier than plain boiled pasta, and it won't take you much longer to prepare than any other side dish. So why not diversify this familiar favorite and cook wok spaghetti at home using this recipe? 1) Naturally, spaghetti must first be boiled. So, place a pot of water on the stove, add salt, and once the water comes to a boil, add the spaghetti. 2) While the spaghetti is cooking, thoroughly wash and dry the vegetables, then cut them into fairly large cubes. 3) Place the wok over high heat and pour in some vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, add the cubed eggplant and tomato. Fry for a couple of minutes over high heat, then add oyster sauce. 4) Let the vegetables simmer in the sauce for another minute, while you drain the cooked spaghetti in a colander. Then transfer the pasta into the wok with the vegetables, mix everything together, and heat for one more minute. You can serve this spaghetti with meat or fish, but it's also delicious as a standalone dish. Enjoy your meal! Serve hot.
