Step 1

Rinse the pork and remove any excess bones, tendons, fat, and membranes. The best cuts of pork for this recipe are tenderloin or shoulder. Those who prefer fattier meat can use a piece of neck. Cut the pork into thin, elongated pieces and place them into a container. Add soy sauce and starch, then mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Wash the bell peppers, remove the core and seeds, and cut into strips or small squares. You can use multicolored bell peppers to make the dish look more attractive.

Step 3

Peel the ginger and finely chop it. You can also grate the ginger on a coarse grater. Do the same with the garlic.

Step 4

Place a frying pan or saucepan on the stove, pour odorless refined vegetable oil into it. Add the meat to the pan and fry over high heat, stirring constantly.

Step 5

Add the remaining starch diluted with water to the meat, along with soy sauce to taste. Be sure to taste the dish, as soy sauce is quite salty. Season with pepper, add spices and herbs. Add bell pepper and all other previously prepared ingredients. Stir well and simmer, covered, until fully cooked, making sure the sauce doesn't evaporate completely.
