Spaghetti with cream and mushrooms
Description
You can use pasta of any shape. In this recipe, we use button mushrooms, but you can use any other type if needed. For cooking, we need: pasta, mushrooms, cream, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Read the recipe and try preparing the dish yourself.

1. Thoroughly wash the mushrooms, remove the top skin, trim the edge of the stem, and cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

2. Place the pan over heat, pour in refined oil, sauté the mushrooms until excess moisture has evaporated.

3. Pour in the cream and add soy sauce, stirring constantly to prevent the cream from curdling. Cook until the sauce has reduced, then grate in a clove of garlic and season with salt and pepper.

4. Cook the pasta in salted water and drain in a colander. Add a little butter, then transfer to a plate and serve with sauce. Be sure to eat the dish while hot.
