Spaghetti with pumpkin

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Cook the spaghetti in a large amount of salted water, then drain it in a colander. Be careful not to overcook it, otherwise you'll have to boil another batch. Cut the pumpkin into large cubes, sprinkle with salt and sugar, then place in a saucepan and pour in a glass of water. Simmer until tender. Warm the spinach with butter, then add a little lemon juice. After that, add the spaghetti, pumpkin, half of the previously grated cheese, pepper, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly and top with the remaining grated cheese. Serve the finished dish immediately.
