
Spaghetti with cheese and black pepper
Description
You can use one type of cheese or several types—this will make the dish even more delicious. Spaghetti are not cooked in advance; they are prepared only right before serving. They should be served hot, optionally with a sauce, meat, vegetables, or cheese. Spaghetti can be served for lunch or dinner.

1. Bring water to a boil, add salt, add spaghetti and cook for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.

2. When the spaghetti is almost ready, add 3 tablespoons of pasta cooking water and 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
