Spaghetti with seafood
Description
The recipe won't take much time. When I lived in Cyprus for several months, I regularly made spaghetti with seafood. With fresh seafood available, it would be a sin not to cook it. Of course, in Moscow it's hard to find fresh seafood, but no worries—I cook it with frozen ones too. This dish wins you over for two reasons. First, it's genuinely delicious and, by the way, healthy—especially for men (yes, men should be fed properly :)). Second, it's prepared in no time, making it perfect for a quick yet satisfying dinner. Good luck, and serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Here are our ingredients. We start as usual—cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
- 2
Step 2

Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent and fragrant—about 2–3 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Add the seafood mix to the pan, sauté for about 5 minutes, then pour in the tomato puree and simmer until the desired thickness is reached—about 5 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

Then add the cream and, optionally, peeled shrimp (they are usually not in the seafood mix). Heat for another 2 minutes, add the spices, and remove from heat.

Step 5

Place the cooked spaghetti on a plate and pour the seafood sauce on top.
