Spaghetti with chicken
Description
On its own, chicken with spaghetti is rather dry, so I always prepare it with a creamy sauce that enhances, rather than overpowers, the flavor of the main ingredients. It's too simple for a festive table, but perfect for an everyday dinner. The dish is filling and nutritious, inexpensive, and made with readily available ingredients. I think every home cook will find all the necessary ingredients in her fridge.
