
Spaghetti with Squid

Prepare the ingredients – finely chop the fennel, chili pepper, and garlic. Cut the squid into small pieces as well, as shown in the photo.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil. Add fennel, fennel seeds, and garlic. Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring. Meanwhile, start cooking the spaghetti.

Add wine, chili, and squid to the pan. Add spices and simmer until the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
