
Spaghetti with meatballs in tomato sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The dish is very tasty and simple to prepare, although it requires some effort, but the final result is worth it. You'll be able to treat yourself and your family to a hearty and varied dinner. You can use any meat (or a combination) for the meatballs, or ready-made minced meat. For the sauce, use tomatoes or tomato paste. Serve hot.

1. Wash the meat and cut into small pieces, pass through a meat grinder, add the egg, ricotta, salt and spices, breadcrumbs, olive oil, and finely chopped parsley. Roll into small meatballs and set aside.

2. Grease the baking dish with oil, place the meatballs in it, and put them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for twenty minutes, turning once (halfway through cooking).

3. For the sauce, peel the garlic, chop coarsely, and sauté in oil. Peel the tomatoes, cut into small pieces, and add to the pan. Add the tomato sauce and simmer everything for 10–15 minutes. Add the meatballs, cover, and simmer over low heat for another 10–15 minutes.

4. Cook the spaghetti in salted water, then transfer to a bowl and pour the tomato sauce with meatballs over the top. The dish is ready.
