Description
This is quite a simple version,
Instructions

Step 1

1. First, deal with the squid. Clean them thoroughly and slice into thin rings. Pour olive oil into a saucepan or skillet and heat it up. Peel and mince the garlic, add it to the saucepan, and sauté briefly.
- 2
Step 2

2. Place the previously prepared squid or other seafood you will be using in the recipe for preparing spaghetti with cuttlefish ink.
- 3
Step 3

3. Add a little paprika and (if desired) chili pepper. Gently mix.
- 4
Step 4

4. Do not cook the seafood over heat for too long, otherwise they will become tough. You can remove a couple from the pan and set aside for serving, then add the ink to the rest.
- 5
Step 5

5. Put the pasta into boiling salted water.
- 6
Step 6

6. Mix everything thoroughly so that the color spreads evenly. It turns out very original, doesn't it?
- 7
Step 7

7. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander, then transfer it to a saucepan. Mix well.
- 8
Step 8

8. When serving homemade squid ink spaghetti, add a pinch of basil and the reserved squid. Very tasty and appetizing!
