Spaghetti with sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can make "Carbonara" pasta not only with spaghetti. By the way, the name comes from the word "carbon," referring to something black in color. Therefore, be sure to season the spaghetti well with pepper. To prepare spaghetti with "Carbonara" sauce, you will need heavy cream, hard cheese (such as Parmesan), and bacon. See the recipe below. The finished dish can now be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, put on the water for the spaghetti. While it comes to a boil, prepare the sauce. Cut the bacon into pieces. In a frying pan, sauté the garlic cloves in olive oil, then remove them. Add the bacon to the same oil and fry until cooked.
- 2
Step 2

Separate the yolks from the whites.
- 3
Step 3

Beat with a fork.
- 4
Step 4

Pour the cream into the egg yolks.
- 5
Step 5

Thoroughly mix the yolks with the cream, then grate the cheese on a fine grater and add it to the mixture.
- 6
Step 6

Beat everything again.
- 7
Step 7

Meanwhile, the bacon has fried sufficiently. Turn off the heat and let the pan cool down until the oil and bacon stop sizzling.
- 8
Step 8

Pour the egg and cheese mixture onto the skillet with bacon while it is still warm but not hot. Mix everything together. Important: do not pour the mixture onto a hot skillet, as the eggs will simply fry and the sauce will be ruined.
- 9
Step 9

Place the cooked spaghetti (important that they are hot, just cooked) onto the pan, into the sauce.
- 10
Step 10

Mix well; the eggs will finish cooking from the heat of the hot spaghetti. Be sure to season with pepper properly.
- 11
Step 11

Serve the ready spaghetti with "Carbonara" sauce hot from the pan—and enjoy.
