Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for spaghetti with Bolognese sauce. I cook the sauce in the microwave. First, I sauté carrots, onion, and garlic with wine at maximum temperature. Then I add the ground meat and after a few minutes pour in the remaining wine and beef broth. Additionally, I add tomato paste, bay leaf, oregano, thyme, celery, salt, and pepper. I cook for another 10 minutes at 70% power. Meanwhile, I boil the spaghetti. I divide the pasta among plates and top with Bolognese sauce. Good luck. Serve hot.
