
Spaghetti with cream

Boil the spaghetti in salted water with the addition of olive oil, then transfer to a colander and rinse with cold water.

Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into a frying pan, then add the bacon and fry until crispy. Remove it, then cut into small pieces.

Return the skillet to the heat and pour in the wine, simmering it for several minutes.
